RCA Stays LLC (“RCA Stays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information connected with our main website, our website forms and communications, embedded availability and booking tools, and reservations accessed through our booking website.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you submit, including your first and last name, email address, selected property, and message. If you choose to receive news and updates, we also record your subscription choice. Please do not include payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information in a contact message.

Squarespace hosts our main website and processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and referring links. Website analytics can also record interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and visit times, subject to the cookie choices described below.

How we use information

We use information to answer questions, provide requested services, manage reservations and guest communications, maintain and protect our website, understand how it is used, and improve our properties and hospitality. We also use information when necessary to keep business records, meet legal obligations, and handle disputes.

Forms, newsletters, and service providers

Our contact form submissions are stored in Squarespace and sent to our designated business email inbox. Email addresses and voluntary newsletter subscriptions are also stored in Squarespace Contacts for communications and email marketing. Submitting an inquiry does not require subscribing to marketing emails. If you subscribe, you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, fraud, and automated abuse. It processes technical information about your browser, device, and interactions for this security purpose. Squarespace’s website services may also use external font delivery services that receive technical information needed to display the site. Booking and payment services

Our website includes embedded availability and booking tools provided by Hospitable, as well as links that open our Hospitable-powered booking website. When an embedded tool loads or you interact with it, Hospitable and its providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and interactions with the tool. Hospitable and its connected providers also handle the booking information you enter, which may include contact details, travel dates, guest details, and payment information. We receive reservation information needed to host your stay. Payments are handled through the booking service and its payment providers, not through our Squarespace contact form. Cookies and your preferences

Necessary cookies support functions such as security and remembering your privacy choices. You can choose whether to allow optional Squarespace analytics and performance cookies. Our cookie banner lets you select “Accept all,” “Decline all,” or “Manage cookies.” You can review or change your selection later using the Cookie Preferences control.

Declining optional cookies does not stop all technical information needed to operate the website from being processed. These controls apply to cookies managed by Squarespace; they do not control cookies independently set by other services or on external websites. Embedded Hospitable tools, the Hospitable booking site, social media sites, and other third-party services have their own privacy notices and controls. Declining optional Squarespace cookies does not necessarily prevent an embedded third-party tool from loading or receiving technical information. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with providers that support website hosting, form storage, email, security, booking, and payment services, and when necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry is ongoing, whether we are providing a reservation or guest service, applicable legal and tax recordkeeping requirements, and whether records are needed to resolve a dispute. Some records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

Privacy requests and your choices

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of information held by RCA Stays, email info@rcastays.com or use our Contact page and select “General Inquiry.” Tell us that your message is a privacy request and provide enough information to identify the relevant inquiry or reservation. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will handle requests according to applicable law, including any lawful limits on access or deletion. Requests about data held independently by a booking, payment, or social media provider may also need to be directed to that provider.

You may withdraw your marketing subscription at any time. Opting out of marketing does not prevent reservation-related or other requested service communications.

Security and policy updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Links to external websites are subject to those services’ own policies. We may revise this policy as our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
