Website information and our role

RCA Stays provides property-management and guest services and information about short-term rental properties. The RCA Stays brand and property names, including Sierra Blanca Lodge and 62nd Street Estate, are distinct from the legal entities that own the properties. The owner or contracting party for your stay is identified in the applicable booking documents and rental agreement.

We work to keep site content accurate, but availability, amenities, rates, policies, and other details may change. Please review the current property information and booking terms before making a reservation.

Bookings and payments

A reservation is not confirmed until the booking process is completed and you receive confirmation. Availability, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rules, house rules, and any rental agreement displayed during booking apply to your stay. If those booking terms conflict with this page, the booking terms and signed rental agreement control.

Later changes to this website or these Terms of Use do not, by themselves, change the terms already agreed for an existing reservation. Any change to an existing reservation is subject to the applicable booking terms, rental agreement, and law.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, following property rules, respecting occupancy limits and neighbors, and using each property and its amenities safely. The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of their group.

Third-party services

The site may include or link to Hospitable booking tools, payment processors, maps, social platforms, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information connected with this website and our services.

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, logos, and original media are owned by RCA Stays or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCA Stays is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our services change. Updates apply prospectively from the revision date shown above and do not automatically amend an existing reservation.
