Free on-site parking is available. The garage and locked owner/supply closets are not accessible to guests. Please contact us before booking to confirm vehicle capacity or oversized-vehicle needs.

Winter access: AWD/4WD is required for November–April travel. Check current road and weather conditions before driving.

The primary renter must be 25 or older. Maximum occupancy is 14 people, including infants. Registered reservation guests only; no visitors, parties, or events.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside or on the decks. No pets; protected assistance animals are accommodated as required by applicable law and booking-platform policy.

This is a two-story mountain home with stairs and decks. Follow all amenity safety rules and actively supervise children. Secure food and trash because wildlife is present in the area.
