Additional sleeper: A compact single sleeper is located in the primary suite’s large closet, alongside a gaming area and remote-work station. Sleeping surface: 38 × 68 inches.
The home has seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is 19 registered guests, including adults, children, and infants. Contact us before booking to confirm room placement, bathroom access, or sleeping arrangements for your group.
Free on-site parking is available in designated areas. Keep neighboring driveways, sidewalks, and emergency access clear. Please contact us before booking to confirm vehicle capacity, garage access, or oversized-vehicle needs.
A car or rideshare is recommended for shopping, dining, golf, and hiking outings. Allow extra time for airport transfers and major events, and check live traffic.

The primary renter must be 25 or older. Maximum occupancy is 19 people, including children and infants. Registered guests only; no unregistered visitors, parties, or events.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. The pool, spa, waterslide, and sports courts close at 10:00 PM. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets; protected assistance animals are accommodated as required by applicable law and booking-platform policy.
There is no lifeguard; active adult supervision of children is required. The propane fire pit is for ambiance only—not cooking, grilling, or roasting food. Use the propane grill for cooking.
